Our business continuity plans are now active and have helped us to move effortlessly from local to remote working, for both staff, systems and infrastructure. We have implemented a number of policies to help protect the safety of our team members, customers and partners:
- We are restricting all travel and in-person customer visits for EFS Technology team members. For most of our customers this will present little to no change, as much of our support is already handled most effectively over the phone, across email or via a remote session (Webex).
- All of our team members are working remotely from safe and secure environments and are equipped with all of the necessary tools to continue to support you. The integrity and security of your data and communications are intact and will remain of utmost priority for us.
Finally, we want to reiterate that we do not anticipate any of these temporary responses to impact our ability to provide you with the services or support that you have come to expect from EFS Technology.
